1. Training objectives and outcomes

1.1. Common purpose

Specialized training program The information system for training graduates build and exploit information systems, especially software for organizations and enterprises. Graduates who have mastered their knowledge and skills are able to work in various positions to meet the real needs of the development of information and information technology systems in Vietnam. .

1.2. Detail purpose

The bachelor’s degree in information systems after graduation meets the following objectives:

PO1. Success in the professional practice of the Information System through contributions to organizations and businesses.

PO2. Contribute to success in the computing field by continuing to pursue graduate programs, professional certifications, or other specialized training.

PO3. Have a lifelong learning habit in the field of study, or career

1.3. Learning Out Come

To complete the training program, learners have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and responsibilities:

ELO1. To have a basic understanding of the Party’s and State’s undertakings and lines of defense and security regarding the building of the entire people’s defense, the people’s security, the love of socialism; Basic understanding of defense and security in the new situation. Basic technical skills, tactical military tactics, use of handguns and some types of grounded infantry.

ELO2. Describe the scientific knowledge system of: the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism; Ho Chi Minh Idcoloy; Guidelines and guidelines of the Party and laws of the State. Applying the above scientific knowledge into real life.

ELO10. Explain the basic information technology applications in business administration, economics, finance, apply and analyze some financial calculations into some common operations in financial transactions.

ELO11: Analyze the general concepts of the process of building and developing the information system.

ELO12: Analyze and apply the software engineering and construction process in the Information Systems.

ELO13: Applying statistical models, optimization, applications in large data mining, forecasting, … in economics, finance, accounting, administration, banking.

ELO14: General knowledge of economics, environmental protection.

ELO15. Minimum English proficiency in B1 or equivalent. Read and understand the main ideas of a report or materials related to IT, using English to express and handle some common professional situations; Written reports are simple, express opinions related to professional work.

ELO16. Efficiently communicate; Presentation, group discussion, good cooperation with members when participating in IT development team involved in many fields.

ELO17. Programmed with some common programming languages

ELO18: Programming proficiency with a number of common programming languages (including high-level language, procedural, object).

ELO19: Using, integrating, updating the existing software systems, new technologies into the management of business processes of enterprises, socio-economic management, …

ELO20: Design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of components Special software information systems, management information systems, data analysis and large processing.

ELO21. Establish ethics and professional responsibility, personal responsibility and responsibility for the group, adhere to the principles of occupational safety.

2. Career orientation of the students after graduation

Learners after graduation in Information Systems are able to advise and perform tasks as an Information Systems Specialist, meeting the requirements of research and application. Information technology of social organizations and enterprises. In addition, graduates can continue to study, research and development of information systems in the future, can study to higher levels such as masters, doctors.

The main job positions that learners can take after graduating from agencies, organizations, enterprises, training and research institutions:

– An expert in building, managing, developing enterprise operating systems, organizations (such as administrative units, banks, telecom, construction, etc.) such as ERP, SCM, CRM, HR; …;

– Bridge Engineer: Ability to connect business executives, social organizations with programmers, IT engineers to design, build software systems, intelligent systems. , Management information systems;

– Specialists in project formulation, coordination and policy development for information technology development for organizations and enterprises;

– Lecturers and researchers at training establishments, institutes, centers and research institutions in the field of information systems and information technology;

– Data analysis and processing specialists in centers, research institutes, or enterprises or organizations;

– Data construction and management: Design of application programs, eg user interface, client / server transactions throughout the network and system components; Provides technical specifications for software development teams, designers, coders;

– Programmers in production companies, outsourcing in the country and abroad: Ability to design, build and maintain computer programs (software), write programs, software applications for control of mechanical systems, data processing, …;
