Plan for completing the graduation thesis and specialized internship – Semester 2, 2025-2026
The Faculty of Information Technology announces the plan for the implementation of Graduation Thesis and Specialized Internship in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year for lecturers and students as follows:
1. Graduation Thesis (See student list here)
Start date: From January 26, 2026 to June 17, 2026
Internship period at the internship facility: 10 weeks, from January 26, 2026 to April 26, 2026
| Time | Content of implementation |
| February 4, 2026 | Students submit their internship plan (using the provided template) to their supervising lecturer via email. |
| March 3, 2026 | Students submit hard copies of their graduation thesis outlines to the relevant department. |
| April 4, 2026 | Students submit progress reports to their supervising lecturer via email. |
| June 3, 2026 | Students must submit two complete copies of their graduation thesis (regular cover) bound together with a photocopy of the internship evaluation form from their supervisor at the internship site (according to the template) to the Department of Management.
Students must also submit one original copy with a red stamp of the internship evaluation form from their supervisor at the internship site (according to the template) to the Faculty Office (room 332). |
| June 17, 2026 | The department submits the grading sheets for student thesis supervision and review to the Faculty. |
| June 17, 2026 | Students must submit two hardcover red copies of their graduation thesis, bound together with a photocopy of the internship evaluation form from their supervisor at the institution.

2. Specialized Internship (Student list is being updated)
Start date: April 20, 2026 – July 9, 2026
Internship duration at the internship facility: 6 weeks, from April 20, 2026 to May 31, 2026
| Time | Content of implementation |
| May 4, 2026 | Students submit their internship plan (using the provided template) to their supervising lecturer via email. |
| May 13, 2026 | Students submit hard copies of their graduation thesis outlines to the relevant department. |
| June 6, 2026 | Sinh viên nộp báo cáo tiến độ cho Giảng viên hướng dẫn qua email |
| July 7, 2026 | Students must submit two complete copies of their internship report (regular cover), bound together, with the red stamp of the supervisor’s internship evaluation form (according to the template) on the last page of the original copy, to the Department of Management.
Students must also submit the internship feedback form (according to the template) to the Faculty office, Room 332, 3rd floor, Bui Huy Dap Building. Students can complete the survey at the following link: |
| Jule 10, 2026 | Departments will begin grading internship reports from July 10, 2026. |
| Jule 20, 2026 | Departments submit internship scores to the faculty. |
