Regarding the implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly
and the election of deputies to People’s Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031
Based on the Law on Election of Deputies to the National Assembly and People’s Councils No. 85/2015/QH13, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 83/2025/QH15; Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BNV dated October 12, 2025 of the Ministry of Interior guiding the professional work of organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031;
Based on Decision No. 8202/QD-BCA-C06 of the Minister of Public Security dated October 7, 2025, guiding the exploitation and use of the National Population Database and the application of the National Identification Number (VNeID) in the process of compiling voter lists and printing voter cards for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term;
In accordance with Plan No. 04/KH-UBBC dated December 9, 2025, of the Gia Lam Commune Election Committee on the election of National Assembly representatives for the 16th term and People’s Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term,
The Vietnam Academy of Agriculture announces to all students of the Academy the implementation of the election of National Assembly representatives for the 16th term and People’s Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, specifically as follows:
1) Students who have registered to vote at the Academy according to Announcement No. 12/TB-HVN dated January 7, 2026, should recheck their personal information according to the voter list posted at the polling stations (Appendix attached) or check at the following link: https://tracuu.vnua.edu.vn/dsbaucu.php. Any errors should be promptly reported to the Office of the relevant Faculty for review and correction according to regulations.
Students should check the voter registration list posted at their place of residence. If their name is still on the list, they should inform the Election Committee of their registered commune to report the reduction of their voter registration at their place of residence and obtain information on how to vote at the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture.
The Academy is currently coordinating with the Gia Lam Commune Police to attach voter tags to students registered to vote at the Academy. During the implementation process, if additional information is needed, the Academy will contact students to request updates.
2) Students registered to vote at their place of residence should recheck the list posted at their local residence, receive their voter tags, and participate fully in the voting process.
3) Students wishing to vote at a different location such as their practice/internship site, temporary residence, or according to their personal preference (outside their permanent residence and outside the Academy) must register to vote via the VneID application as instructed by the Gia Lam Commune People’s Committee at the QR code:
4) Students voting outside the Academy must take a photo of their voter card with the “voted” stamp and send it to their class leader for compilation no later than 5 PM on March 16, 2026. The class leader will then send a report on the class’s voting status and the supporting documents (voter card with the “voted” stamp) to the Faculty Office (before 12 PM on March 17, 2026) for the Academy to prepare the report.
The Vietnam Academy of Agriculture requests all students to pay attention to, check, and exercise their rights and obligations as voters according to the law./.
