Job Description
- Monitoring activities LAN, Internet, overcoming troubleshooting network systems, home computers, workstations, user support issues for IT.
- Manage, maintain operational equipment operator, timekeeper, network infrastructure. Maintenance, maintenance, warranty, repair replace IT equipment when there is a problem.
- Set up and manage email systems, IT services and applications of information technology.
- Construction Consultancy conditions, technical standards when procuring equipment related to information technology.
- There are good soft skills for new technology products (computers, phones …)
- Plan and participate in skills training hardware, computer software.
Job Requirements
- Ability to design and implement systems installed LAN (LAN, VLAN, WAN)
- Know the configuration settings, system management server, AD, File Server, Exchange Mail Server, ISA Server
- Experience in IT office work and repair and maintenance of computer and network equipment.
- Being nimble, enthusiastic, responsible, good communication, ability to work in groups.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and office applications, with the ability to write training materials
training. - Experience installing software using any business accountant.
- Priority know English.
